      An excellent opportunity exists for an energetic intellectual property and commercial lawyer to join the in-house legal team. You will report to and support the Senior Legal Counsels and liaise with key stakeholders and manage external legal service providers. You will be responsible for advising on, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of intellectual property and commercial law matters including license agreements, collaborative research and development agreements, confidentiality agreements and other complex commercial arrangements.

      The role requires a lawyer near or at senior associate level with intellectual property and commercial law experience gained within a quality law firm or in-house environment. Personal attributes sought include excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to foster and develop strong working relationships. Commercial acumen, lateral thinking, solution focused and an ability to work in a team and autonomously are also required for success in the role.
