Adam Sears – Davies Collison Cave

Adam Sears at DCC practises in the area of Australian and international trade mark law and acts for a wide range of clients including large multi-nationals to small local businesses.

Adam Sears has wide experience in all aspects of trade marks including search analysis and advice, prosecution of domestic and overseas applications, opposition proceedings, enforcement of trade mark rights, dispute resolution, and breaches of the consumer protection provisions of the Trade Practices Act and passing off. Adam Sears has been a partner at Davies Collison Cave since 2002.
