You will report to and support the Senior Legal Counsels and liaise with key stakeholders and manage external legal service providers. You will be responsible for advising on, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of intellectual property and commercial law matters including license agreements, collaborative research and development agreements, confidentiality agreements and other complex commercial arrangements.
The role requires a lawyer near or at senior associate level with intellectual property and commercial law experience gained within a quality law firm or in-house environment.
