Chris Jordan – Davies Collison Cave

Chris Jordan at DCC has a major area of practice in intellectual property litigation. Chris Jordan has more than 20 years experience in patent, trade mark, designs, copyright, trade practices and confidential information litigation on behalf of both applicants and respondents. Chris Jordan has also acted in patent and trade mark oppositions. Chris Jordan joined Davies Collison Cave in 1989, becoming a partner in 2001.
Chris Jordan has successfully acted in a number of significant matters before State Courts and the Federal and High Courts, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal as well as the Patent and Trade Mark Office. Chris Jordan has acted on behalf of a range of clients from small local enterprises to large multi-national corporations.
