Claire Ramsay – Davies Collison Cave

Claire Ramsay’s primary area of practice at DCC is intellectual property litigation. Claire Ramsay provides advice on a range of intellectual property law issues including matters concerning trade marks, copyright, designs and patents, misuse of confidential information, passing off, as well as related issues under Part V of the Trade Practices Act 1974.
Prior to joining Davies Collison Cave, Claire Ramsay worked as an Associate to the Honourable Justice Crennan in the High Court and Federal Court.
