Des Ryan – Davies Collison Cave

Des Ryan’s major areas of practice at DCC include advice and litigation in intellectual property law, technology transfer agreements and licensing; advice and consultancy on intellectual property management, copyright, trade mark infringement, trade mark opposition and unfair competition; wine law and geographical indications; mediation and expert witness services, particularly intellectual property disputes, and adjudication of domain name disputes. Des Ryan joined Davies Collison Cave in 1954 and was a partner from 1959 to 2001, before being appointed a consultant.
