Dr Patricia Loughlan - Parody, copyright and the new four-step test

Parody, copyright and the new four-step test - Dr Patricia Loughlan reviews the introduction of provisions in the Copyright Act 1968 which grant an exception from copyright infringement where the use of a copyright work or other subject matter is for the purpose of parody or satire.
