IP Australia - AusPat search system for Australian Patents

IP Australia has announced the forthcoming release of AusPat, the new search system for Australian Patents.

“As you’re probably aware, patent searching in Australia is not a simple exercise. Having to use different systems makes it frustrating to comprehensively search our patent holdings. We believe this will change with the release of AusPat, as it is a powerful, yet easy-to-use search tool that provides a single point of enquiry for authoritative information on Australian patents.”

To help familiarise you with the new search system, IP Australia is holding a 90 minute seminar previewing the system.

Session times are: 25 Feb 08 (1pm - 2.30pm) 25 Feb 08 (5pm-6.30pm), 26 Feb 08 (11pm-12.30pm), 26 Feb 08 (1pm-2.30pm)
Venue - Innovation@257, Level 1, 257 Collins Street Melbourne
