John Hannebery – Davies Collison Cave

John Hannebery’s principal area of practice at DCC is intellectual property litigation. John Hannebery also regularly provides advice in relation to all aspects of intellectual property rights and their enforcement. John Hannebery joined DCC in 1994, becoming a partner in 2005.

John Hannebery has more than 15 years experience in the conduct of a variety of litigation in commercial and, particularly, intellectual property matters. John Hannebery’s practice involves regularly acting in patent copyright, design, trade mark, trade practices and breach of confidence litigation in the Federal jurisdictions and John Hannebery has considerable experience in major international patent litigation. John Hannebery acts on behalf of a range of clients which include small local businesses, government organisations and large multi-national corporations.
