Joy Atacador – Davies Collison Cave

Joy Atacador’s main area of practice at DCC is in intellectual property law litigation and commercial law litigation. She has broad experience in contentious intellectual property law matters including copyright infringement, trade mark infringement, design infringement, patent infringement, misuse of confidential information, passing off, breach of the Trade Practices Act and breach of contract.

Joy Atacador advises clients on ownership, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, with a key focus on anti-counterfeiting strategies and border protection measures. Joy Atacador has considerable expertise in conducting complex litigation utilising legal case management software. Joy Atacador has practised exclusively in the area of intellectual property law since admitted to legal practice.
