Michael Wolnizer at DCC has particular expertise in the field of internet related trade mark and copyright issues, and manages the Australian trade mark portfolios for many large national and multi-national companies. Michael Wolnizerprovides advice on all aspects of trade mark selection, clearance, registration and enforcement as well as related issues under the Trade Practice’s Act 1974, passing off and copyright. Michael joined Davies Collison Cave in 1994, becoming a partner in 2000.
Michael Wolnizer lectures on domain names and trade mark issues in the Melbourne University Masters of Law course as well as regularly presenting guest lectures and seminars to industry and professional bodies. Michael Wolnizer has been named as one of Australia’s leading Trade Mark Law practitioners in Managing Intellectual Property’s Expert Guide.
