Miriam Zanker – Davies Collison Cave

Miriam Zanker’s main area of practice at DCC is intellectual property litigation. Miriam Zanker provides advice on copyright, trade mark and patent infringement, trade practices disputes and protection of confidential information.

Miriam Zanker has experience in running complex trade practices and intellectual property litigation. Miriam Zanker has advised domestic and international companies on their obligations under Australian intellectual property and telecommunications laws, and assisted businesses in protecting confidential and commercially-sensitive information.

Prior to joining Davies Collison Cave Solicitors, Miriam Zanker practised in general commercial litigation and commercial law, including contentious and non-contentious intellectual property law.
