Richard Jarvis – Davies Collison Cave

Richard Jarvis is DCC’s senior litigation partner. He has had 29 years of experience in all types and aspects of IP litigation and associated advice matters and has conducted a number of leading cases in Australia. In 2000, Richard Jarvis was ranked in the “Top 20 Best of the Best” patent lawyers in the world by Euromoney Legal Media Group. Richard Jarvis joined DCC as a partner in 1990.

Richard Jarvis’s extensive patent litigation experience focuses on pharmaceutical, biotechnological and chemical patent litigation matters. Richard Jarvis also has considerable expertise in the techniques necessary for the management of complex multi-party, multi-jurisdictional IP litigation.
