Our client is a leading national top-tier practice which is currently looking to recruit an additional lawyer with the relevant level of experience to join the Technology team. You will be involved in IT procurement, outsourcing, telecommunications agreements, e-commerce, IP commercialisation and licensing, technology for mergers, acquisitions and floats, online security and privacy, procurement strategies and major supply contracts and technology development, licensing and commercialisation.
Ideally you will be an experienced technology lawyer with 3-4 years experience from a top tier law firm or well regarded mid tier firm. You will be providing high level advice and innovative solutions and you will also have exceptional communication skills coupled with a commercial mind and the ability to work in a team environment.
