# Delivering timely, commercial focussed and cost effective advice to clients on licensing, assignments, M&A due diligence and intellectual property audits;
# Drafting settlement agreements, licenses and assignments, distribution agreements franchising agreements, merchandising /sponsorship agreements, publishing agreements, computer systems supply and integration agreements, facilities management agreements, multi-media development and maintenance agreements data content supply agreements, government purchasing requirements; and
# Preparing agreements covering the formation of strategic alliances, joint ventures and partnerships;
