John Dieckmann - Allens Arthur Robinson
John Dieckmann, Special Counsel at Allens Arthur Robinson, specialises in the area of information technology and intellectual property law, with particular focus on infrastructure and business process outsourcing, system development and integration projects, e-commerce initiatives and technology procurement, licensing, protection and enforcement. John Dieckmann has advised some of Australia’s largest companies, government departments and technology providers on significant technology projects, and regularly acts for large corporate users in relation to IT&T procurement and the resolution of disputes concerning IT projects.
