Your work include:
* IP transactional work (trade marks, patents, design rights, advertising and marketing properties, copyright and unfair competition);
* IP litigation (particularly patent, trade mark, copyright and confidential information litigation); pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and healthcare (patent litigation, licensing and transactional work across the sector);
* IP portfolio management.
Background & Experience:
* Qualified solicitor with a minimum of ideally five years post qualification experience
* Previous experience in an Intellectual Property environment particularly in a top or mid-tier firm
* Strong academics
