An immediate opportunity is available for a Solicitor to supplement our team of dedicated legal professionals. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will ultimately be responsible for a broad variety of contractual transactions and other general commercial matters.

As you will be working for a leading international services company, your key focus areas will cover a range of legal matters in relation to; customers, suppliers, industrial relations and intellectual property as well corporate governance and compliance. This is a highly pivotal position requiring a great deal of autonomy and a solutions focused approach. The ideal candidate will have skills and experience that include:
* 4+ years demonstrable experience in the negotiation and creation of commercial agreements;
* Proactivity and the ability to create and manage relationships with a broad range of people covering all levels of management; and
* Proven ability to manage a number of simultaneous priorities within a high paced environment.

Mark Krenzer - Clayton Utz

Mark Krenzer is a Special Counsel in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology group. Prior to joining Clayton Utz in 1999 he practised in intellectual property law for five years at another top tier commercial firm in Melbourne. Mark Krenzer advises a range of clients operating in diverse fields. His clients are drawn from areas such as research and media organisations, government, entertainment and service providers and manufacturers of consumer and industrial products.

There are two key ways in which Mark Krenzer helps his clients. The first is the protection of and disputes regarding trade marks (both registered and unregistered), copyright, designs and confidential information.
