* IP Litigation - work on landmark matters
* Melbourne based (relocation package available)

Mallesons Stephen Jaques has a highly regarded Intellectual Property and Technology (IPT) team, with an enviable list of clients. The IP dispute resolution area has a high profile, and is constantly involved in complex, “cutting-edge” matters involving trade marks, copyright, passing off, misleading and deceptive conduct, confidential information and patents. Their work is often viewed as setting the benchmark in the industry. Working closely with the partner, you will take an active role in the carriage of these matters, with a focus on brand protection and copyright litigation.
