Ben Miller is considered the “go-to patents lawyer” in the Sydney office, clients reported in Chambers Global 2008. Ben Miller and his team act for a variety of clients with intellectual property and technology assets, including pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, medical device manufacturers, biomedical research organisations, food companies and manufacturers of household and consumer products.

Ben Miller’s practise includes drafting and negotiating technology transfer agreements, research collaboration, technology licensing and commercialisation agreements, particularly in the life sciences and biotechnology fields.
