Pilot Patent Prosecution Highway - Fast-track patent applications in the US

IP Australia and the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) have launched a new trial cooperation initiative called the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) in April to achieve faster and more efficient patent examination times.

The Role
