Tania Obranovich - Davies Collison Cave

Tania Obranovich practises as both a patent attorney and solicitor and brings to her practice the experience obtained in pursuing molecular and cellular immunological research to the post-doctoral level. As a patent attorney, Tania Obranovich is involved in a range of intellectual property matters including the drafting and prosecution of patent applications and the provision of patentability and infringement opinions relating to all aspects of biotechnology. Tania Obranovich joined Davies Collison Cave in 1995, becoming a partner in 2003.

Tania Obranovich is extensively involved in the preparation and presentation of seminars, in respect of a wide variety of patent issues, to academic institutions and commercial organisations. Tania Obranovich developed and presented the General Immunology subject of the Monash University Post-Graduate Diploma of Immunology from 1995 to 1999, as well as the Intellectual Property subject of the Monash University Graduate Diploma in the Biotechnologies of Life. As a solicitor, Tania Obranovich has been involved in both biotechnology related litigation and intellectual property commercialisation matters.
